This is from the "fishing village" which is like a hundred boats lined up in the harbor where people live and then go out for weeks and fish. It smelled really bad but was humbling and interesting to see how they live.
This is a basket of fish drying on the top of someone's boat. Kind of nasty.
This is what we were fed for lunch that day. Big surprise...fish. A whole fish! The waiter came and cut it up so that it looked like we ate some so the cook wouldn't feel bad I think. We also had some squid, jelly fish tentacles, and dim sum. not a tasty meal in my book but i'm sure the Chinese would eat it. We actually had the waiter box it up and give it to our bus driver to take home to his family. Then we went to Hard Rock and ate American food when we got back to the hotel.

Ugh. People not from the US are really into speedos. Pretty much every tourist in Israel was wearing a speedo. We were so glad to get back to the states and see people in normal swimwear again.
It was frickin nasty though. I feel ya.
