It's been a while since we've posted! It seems like summer is flying on by. Ellie turned 3! We had a huge party with a lot of kids and everyone had a blast. Chris also got to come home for the weekend which was great. It was hard to see him go back! When I asked Ellie what she wanted, she said dress up clothes, so that is what we got her. She loves the itchy, gaudy, and tulle covered dresses and wears them all the time. Her favorite part is the high heels that came with the set. Luckily I've been able to keep them confined to the house and there hasn't been too much of a fight to have her take them off when we go places. Anyways, here are some fun things about Ellie now that she is three.
Favorite food: bacon, fried eggs, and waffles
Favorite tv show: Yo Gabba Gabba
Favorite book: Hop On Pop by Dr Seuss
Favorite movie: Toy Story movies (we watch these in the car over and over and over.)
She loves to sing and dance. A lot of times i'll hear her singing in the bathroom when she's doing her business. She likes to do everything by herself but still likes to be babied sometimes. Ellie loves going out and doing stuff and everyday she asks where we are going that day. She loves Dane and calls him sweetheart and hoho monkey and is usually helpful with him when I ask her. Her biggest fear in life is having a bug on her, which has happened a few times. Major freak out follows. She is pretty smart and knows her letters and counting and all her colors. Ellie is such a fun girl and knows exactly what she wants. We love her!
