Poor Dane! He has been sick for about a month now, but Tuesday things got bad so I took him to the ER. He had a fever of 103.5 and was breathing really heavily and fast. After a nose swab and a chest x-ray, the doctor came to the conclusion that he was sick but didn't have RSV or pneumonia. He kind of told me to go home and see if it gets worse. Luckily he was the only one in the ER who thought that way, because the PA's and nurses got another doctor to come down and look at Dane. He was admitted at about midnight with bronchiolitis. Basically, he was so congested that he wasn't getting enough oxygen. He also had double ear infections. We spent two nights there until he was able to breathe better on his own and got home yesterday morning. He's still pretty sick and wheezes and gurgles when he breathes but at least we are home.

Poor Dane! That's horrible! Ellie looks so cute in her dance outfit! Is her teacher China Smith? That's Dr. Smith's daughter, I used to work for him. Hope you're doing good!
SO sad. having a bigger kid in the hospital is so hard. We had McKenna in there when she was a year she hated it. Hope he gets better soon. everyone at our house is sick except the baby knock on wood.
